The Just Limits of Wealth and Concentration of Wealth

What are the just limits of wealth and concentration of ownership? individual and corporate?

I've been pondering them for a bit, since I'm sure there is a just principle for each that must recommend itself to the (pardon the expression) "moral majority".

But when modal wealth and savings are at all-time lows relative to average, median or top wealth and savings, while the monies available to the banks and securities markets are so great that they can't be responsibly lent or invested, surely this is a (pardon the expression) "red flag" that both limits have been grossly exceeded.
